Arxa: PDF & Document Scanner

Arxa is a document scanner that turns paper documents into PDFs on your phone. Scan a document, an invoice or an ID card; the text is recognised and you get a PDF you can search inside. The app has no internet access permission. Your documents are not uploaded to our servers; they stay on your phone, and sharing only happens when you start it.

WHY NO INTERNET PERMISSION?
ID cards, contracts, invoices, reports. The documents you scan are the most private papers in your life. That is why we never gave Arxa permission to go online. The permission simply is not in the app; you can verify it yourself in your phone's app settings.

WHAT IT DOES
- Document scanning (Arxa Pro): finds the edges and straightens a skewed page. Photos from your gallery are cropped and turned into PDFs too.
- Searchable PDF (Arxa Pro): reads the text on your phone (OCR) and places an invisible text layer inside the PDF, so you can search inside your documents.
- ID copies (free): front and back of an ID or card on a single A4 page, at real size. A "Dark" setting keeps copies legible on black-and-white printers.
- Signature and stamp (Arxa Pro): scan your signature or stamp from paper once, save it and place it anywhere on a document. This adds an image of your signature; it is not an electronic signature.
- Watermark: add a dated "Valid only for …" note to copies of IDs and documents, so your copy can't be reused elsewhere.
- Hide personal data (Arxa Pro): select details such as ID numbers, IBANs or phone numbers and create a copy where they are permanently covered.
- Merge, split, reduce size (Arxa Pro): combine documents into one PDF, make a new document from selected pages, or create a copy under 2, 5 or 10 MB.
- Preview: delete, rotate and reorder pages before saving.
- Search inside a document: jump to the page where a word appears, with matches highlighted.
- Folders: organise documents and search by name or by the text inside.
- App lock: fingerprint or device passcode.
- Screen protection: screenshots are blocked and your document does not appear in the recent apps view.
- Turkish, English and German interface.
With these tools the original document never changes; the result is a new, searchable document.

PRIVACY
- No internet permission. Your documents are not uploaded to our servers; no account, no sign-up.
- No camera permission. Scanning runs through your phone's own document scanner.
- No ads, no tracking, no analytics.
- To back up, share a copy to your own computer.
- Temporary scan images are deleted once the PDF is saved.

FREE
ID and card scanning is free, with no limit on the number of scans. Opening, searching and sharing your documents, folders, watermarks, app lock and screen protection are free as well.

ARXA PRO
Arxa Pro unlocks document scanning, signature and stamp, hiding personal data, merging, splitting and reducing file size. Scanning: searchable (OCR) or fast (no OCR) PDFs, import from gallery, and up to 15 pages per document in High quality, 25 in Balanced and 100 in Small file mode. Two options: a yearly subscription or a one-time lifetime purchase.
The yearly subscription starts with a 14-day free trial. Cancel in Google Play > Subscriptions before the trial ends and you pay nothing; otherwise the yearly price is charged and the subscription renews automatically every year. The trial is offered once per Google account.
Payment goes through Google Play; your card details never reach Arxa. If your subscription ends, your documents stay with you: they still open, search and share.
