After te tutorial part I can't login. It keeps saying "failed to retrieve server parameters. Network error or server maintenance in progress. Please try again later." I don't even have a problem with my Internet connection, yet it keeps popping up when I open the game

I love this game good char good gameplay and more, but I played this at around nov 2024, and then I just come back to this like weeks ago but when I try logging to my acc it just made me a new acc even tho I used the same login info as before which made me very sad cause all the processes and time I did on the game is just now all gone

Somehow, I can't log in back to my account even after I bind it. I had progress on it since last year. This is such a disappointment for a great game.
