Description

Quante volte, partecipando ad un’assemblea di condominio, abbiamo assistito alla solita conta delle persone e dei millesimi utili al controllo della validità della stessa.
Questa operazione dura molto tempo giacchè la conta viene ripetuta più volte a causa del timore di commettere errori nella somma dei millesimi/numero partecipanti.
Oltre alla verifica della validità dell’assemblea, in qualsiasi momento, si ha la possibilità di consultare l’ordine del giorno, il verbale e le presenze di tutte le assemblee avendo a disposizione soltanto un tablet o uno smartphone, così da poter agevolmente accedere alle problematiche discusse e alle decisioni prese.
Inoltre, se sul dispositivo è presente un client di posta elettronica, sarà possibile inviare a tutti gli interessati la convocazione di assemblea e, al termine, il verbale della stessa.
L’applicazione risolve tutti questi problemi lasciando all’Amministratore compiti più inerenti al suo incarico.
Sono anche presenti le funzioni di Esportazione dati ed Importazione dati che risultano particolarmente utili nel caso in cui, ad esempio, il dispositivo su cui sono stati memorizzati i dati debba essere sostituito; in casi come questo sarà sufficiente installare l'applicazione sul nuovo dispositivo, attivare la funzione di Importazione dati e, contestualmente, sul vecchio dispositivo attivare la funzione di Esportazione dati: in pochi secondi i dati saranno trasferite sul nuovo dispositivo.
La procedura è multiutente ovvero permette a più utenti, ad esempio più Amministratori dello stesso studio, di gestire i propri condominii senza interferire nelle informazioni degli altri nel pieno rispetto della privacy.
Proprio per questo motivo viene richiesta la registrazione dell’utente.
