Hello. I would like some help please. I am logging into the app on a new device (a new phone) and due to two-factor authentication. The app tries to send me an otp code on my phone number. Which is closed, as it was not used. I tried to change the number on the website, but I faced a similar problem. The website will not send me an otp on the new phone number that I use. Why can't I use my fingerprint to log in on the new device. I know that post ID already knows my fingerprint.

It's simply tragic. It constantly loses the credentials, and you have to create new ones. Recently it doesn't work anymore

10 attempts and still nothing. I reach the point "Mancano solo Sochi passi" and when I select "Continua su questo dispositive" I obtain an error message saying "Errore durante l'Indio dei dati di registration. HTTP ERROR: 404." Not helpful for Italians living abroad and trying to obtain their SPID.
