You get a 4 now because I found how to call and the lady who helped was amazing. Still after 5 days no response to an email which is crazy. Id recommend removing the email option if no one can reply to them.

The app worked great for a few weeks. Now I get the dreaded generic error message, and I'm unable to log in. Tech support seems none existent as this error has been going on for years according to the other reviews.

Updated this app now can't get into it. I have Uninstaller it and reinstalled it. The app still won't let me in.smh. I have used this app for years now it is horrible. The bugs aren't fixed just a fyi.

It was super easy to use before, but now it's a roll of the dice whether I can even sign in! It's either endless leading or it blanks my login information and acts like I never typed it in!
