As much as I hate to say it, Microsoft has done an excellent job with this app with nearly all the features in Nova launcher and then some. I really like the multi-row quick launch at the bottom and all the other gestures.

1. Sticky notes in glance are not syncing with one note 2. Can not sort task by due date, just sorts itself with created date automatically 3. Apps appear in multiple folders, cannot sort apps alphabetically in folder or app drawer screen, app drag and drop in folder not working, no option to make folder transparent no improvement on reported issues even after many updates in between. News tab gone forever, glance screen widget size is very big, no 1x4 size for any widgets

It keeps on crashing every now and then, needing to reset launcher. If Microsoft doesn't intend to maintain this, why not pull this off from play store. Every time I restart my phone, launcher will start crashing and only way out is to uninstall and install this again.
