One of the poorly designed apps, like Microsoft always does with legacy systems, is an Android app that never considered how the user will access it. Today, file‑storing systems are becoming more hierarchical. There are so many subfolders arranged in a hierarchy that reaching the terminal folder takes a lot of cognitive effort on an Android phone because, unlike a desktop or laptop, you cannot quickly access your favorite folder. Unfortunately, that feature is missing in Android

You've ruined my phone laptop I can't uninstall it. All my work photos are stuck. I try to fix it using your own steps, you won't accept my info or email or all the info you asked me to provide GIVE ME MY STUFF BACK! I'm saving $$ to go back to Apple, but I'm DOUBLE-CHECKING everything because it's deleting my stored files/pics doc's etc. because it thinks I'm not trying to move it elsewhere by its deadlines BUT IT Won't ALLOW ME TO because it's not accepting my info! I'm going in circles!

Why did you discontinue (and disable!) Lens, only to direct users to OneDrive which doesn't provide the same functionality at all?
