It's really good, and it's great that files a backed up and that I have access on my phone and on my computer. The only annoying thing on the computer is that the files are transferred to the c drive when they were originally on a different drive and is confusing when the files often have duplicates with a different extension, and I believe you can't delete those, or you might lose the originals.

I don't really use the app, but it has some old files saved in it. What I don't appreciate is notifications which I've never asked for, letting me know I can view my old photos (I know I can, that's the most basic premise of the app) at 2am. Why on earth would you set up the app to send push notifications at 2am? I have to keep my phone on loud for work, and it looks me over an hour to get back to sleep. If anyone with any influence at Microsoft reads this, please fix it.

OneDrive is being recommended as an alternative to Office Lens, but it's just plain bad in comparison. First of all you can't select photos that are already made, you can't save locally, you can't scan multiple photos at once, and you can't save photos as PDF file - which was very useful when scanning multiple page document. At least it works fine as cloud drive

Can't sort alphabetically by default. Starts in the background when apps are installed (probably logs what apps you use). Spams you with unsolicited notifications. Poor search. Creates duplicates, then sells subscription to continue syncing. No face unlock. Discriminates Android, mixes up Face Unlock with Face ID. No end-to-end encryption. Says it's full when you have ~4 GB of free space, then sells subscription to prevent account lock. Randomly stops downloading documents. Doesn't list all file
