Everytime I delete from my Hotmail acct the messages reappear. Deleted thousands of messages only for it to reappear and rec log my inbox

Calendar events have a mind of their own. I try to set up an event for each sunday to remind me of something. I make an "all day" event for today (Sunday), and change the setting for it to repeat weekly (every 3 weeks). But it doesn't do that. It skips today, and gives me an event in two weeks from now, on Sunday. After that, the event repeats every 4 weeks, not 3. If I set it up to repeat every 4 weeks, starting next week, it does the same thing. The first event is in 4 weeks, the next one in 5.
