"That verification method isn't working right now. Please try another method." Phone verification does not work for past 2 weeks. Was it ever working? Or it is just standard Microsoft functionality? This was working fine but since an update or two ago, notifications for emails keep coming back after being cleared. Contacted support and they want a screenshot? A screenshot of what? My notifications? That is not going to tell you anything. Then they close the ticket due to inactivity. Really awesome response. Please fix. Android Pixel 8 pro. Using Outlook Lite for my other personal email, no problem. Otherwise, good app but this is annoying as you know what.
