This app is for Associated BUSINESS / COMMERCIAL accounts only. If you want mobile banking for your personal account, use the "Associated Bank Mobile" app. Associated Connect app will NOT work for your personal accounts-that's why you see all the 1-star reviews that saying they couldn't log on. That said, the Associated Connect app has no function for mobile check deposits, and the user interface is kind of confusing. So even for business accounts, it's pretty much useless. I'm Uninstalling.

This app is complete garbage. Nothing works on the first screen, which means you can't log in, contact support, nothing is clickable. Beyond useless

Designed to fail in every way. I have a business checking account, and can log in, but it is designed so poorly that every feature is unreachable. Every time this app reflows, it kicks you out. Need to copy and paste something? Log in again. Use a password manager? You'll never get logged in. It is literally useless.
