I like being able to deposit a check without having to go to the bank

Still minor problem taking pix of check to deposit. I held my phone camera directly above the check, which didn't work. In order to capture the pic I had to have my phone off to the right & at a slight angle. This hasn't happened before. In the past, I held my phone directly above the check & level. But I do like that it now auto-captures the pic when it's "locked in place". UPDATE 091023: The problem has now resolved & it's very easy to capture pix of both sides of a check for mobile deposit.

The app is so bad. Get ready to have to re set your password with 2 forms of security identification every single time you think about opening the app. It's so bad I'm considering changing banks. And wile your trying to do your banking they spam you with an option to review this horrible app. So now I am here telling you all to not get the associated bank app and go somewhere else.

Definitely liked the old version of the app more. Even with all of its flaws. While this one looks better it it rarely functions for me. Half the time it will never fully load. I just get the logo and the login screen never comes up. Even after 30 minutes of waiting. Even after restarts, cache cleared, data cleared, app uninstalled and reinstalled. When it does manage to actually load to the login screen it takes far too long. It's faster to open the website and just use that vs this app.

Used to be a good app, now it only works half of the time to deposit checks. Really frustrating. Maybe it's time to change banks after 22 years♀️
