Did everything I could to ensure smoothe transition to associated bank... they effed up on several transactions, we transferred money into savings account, so it would close for the second time ... still not closed 6 trips to speak to branch manager & still not closed. NOW I get a notice about a frozen account with negative balance for money they already have!! No apology from the manager just excuses and zero resolution! Take your money and run far away from this place. So incompetent! 0🌟

This had been a great bank. Then they closed our branch and were told the ATM that you could deposit money in would remain. We went to use it one day and with no warning it was gone too!!! Nice people who work there. Upper management not so much.
