I love this bank. However, I have one issue. And it's with the app. It's 2026. Why do transactions disappear and come back all the time? I get they are processing overnight. But it's so frustrating to think you have money that you don't. I like to use the app instead of writing everything down. Again, it's 2026. A simple update to the app could fix this. I know I'm not the only one that feels this way.

The old saying is "First time for everything", yeah true but my first time I upset and irritated, and Justin and Dena level of patience with me was so top tier, just amazing souls and today was the 2nd time I had to go into the branch, and I was feeling ok and praying it was no discrepancies this time and Dena, and Justin energy was so soft, relaxing and welcoming, as if I've known them for years omg I can keep going but I'm going to end it with this: Thank You so much Dena and Justin 🫡

App used to be better. Basic things like filtering the list of transactions do not function. I select to filter only checks, or transactions between a dollar amount, and nothing happens. The app ignores this and displays all transactions regardless. There is no obvious way to report bugs or get help. The actual 'help' menu does not help. Other more advanced things like check deposit does work - thank goodness for that!

After trying to open an account with Associated Bank I was denied. Then I went in person to try and open an account but was told "no". I was told that I'd be receiving a call within 24hrs yet n very receive A CALL. I was hoping that Associated Bank would be better but was proven wrong.

This app simply DOESN'T WORK for Associated Bank CREDIT CARD accounts run by Élan Financial Services. Even though the documents that come with your new credit card in the mail encourage you to download this app, I learned via multiple failures at logging in through the app, and then finally a discussion with the 4th customer service person I spoke with--this time a supervisor-- that the app doesn't work for their credit cards, only for bank accounts. Which I found to be completely accurate.
