If they give you an offer for a credit card in the mail DON'T TAKE IT ITS FAKE!!! I got an offer for +1.5% cashback on everything for my first year. That means instead of 5% on travel its 6.5% on travel. It's been 3 weeks I've called them numerous times they won't give me any of the "special benefits" from the mail offer even with picture proof and invitation ID. Spike to managers, supervisors no one will help. And you have to wait at least an hour a call to get anyone.

App works for the most part. I'm just giving them a low review for all the random hidden fees they charge. Just got a $15 fee for a "domestic wire fee" I'm changing banks as soon as I have the time, screw these clowns.

Bad Costumer Service By Phone! Chase needs to establish a customer service line that is stationed in the United States! I tried connecting with the operator, and they were all from a foreign country and the line kept breaking up.
