The new update is horrible! I have trouble logging into the app. I didn't have this problem before the update. The app is slow. I am not a fan of this new update. 😒 I haven't been able to log into the app for the past two weeks. 10/7/21. Update: The True sky app has made great improvements. I am very please with its operation. It works on and off Wi-Fi. It moves quickly. I have access to all accounts including Belle. I can transfer funds, make payments & send money. 05/11/2025

Pretty good app. Most of it is intuitive. Trying to see scheduled transactions can be problematic ; I rely on email receipts at this point because the "scheduled transaction" function hasn't shown some of my, well...."scheduled transactions ". Other than that? The app is okay and does the job.

The app used to be good. Since the update it's slow and gives me an error when logging in. I have uninstalled, clear cache, and data with no avail

The mobile app doesn't even have a deposit option, so I can't deposit check. I have to go to the branch to do so very inconvenient. Even when I call for help, they have no idea how to help with that

This was a good app until this last update. Transaction history on the credit card only shows charges. I can't see any of my payments toward the card or credits from vendors. I have asked why I can't see them and was told it was being sent to the higher ups. Have had no response since then.
