Opening an account with Fair winds was a good decision I have made. I was member for over 18 yrs. With a well known bank. The hidden fees holding, my payroll, charging overdraft even though I had my money in the account, then 3 to 4 days later they would put the overdraft fee back into my account. It was an annoying game. I just got tier of their games. Mind you im working for over 4yrs with a multi-million $ company. Because of these stupid games I drop them. Fair wind so far good

3-button back into your acct after exiting. Location is miles off of precise location. App will not have acct info or presents 'oops' pop-ups that there's an issue. ALL tickets submitted are closed resolved or not. Suggested troubleshooting has resulted in more issues & failures...location issue since May 2025 original/only issue, Its help has resulted in the fore mentioned additional problems. Requested to go into any location for resolution & agent I met with escalated issues to head office.

I do not like the changes to Fair winds that were just made. I would prefer that my account remain like it was. I understood how to easily use my accounts, and now I have to go into the bank for someone to explain the changes that Fair winds made. I am considering switching to a new bank.
