Very efficient and accommodating. So very simple and convenient. I just got off the phone with Miss Taylor from Apopka branch concerning a suspected scam caller, calling from Fair winds asking for my personal info. Before giving the reason for the call and that was a fourth attempt. Miss Taylor was very pleasant, patient and informative. Very easy to use, especially for a senior citizen like me. I wish all banking apps were this easy to use. Fair winds has been my bank (Credit Union) since I retired and moved to Florida in Dec 2010. I've never ever had any problems in that time. The app is great, and they keep improving it!

Fair winds has joined the big banks and charges activity fees on their accounts while paying out next to nothing in savings interest. 30 year customer and I'll be taking my account elsewhere.

Every other time I use this app, it glitches out on Android and doesn't work correctly, where I cannot enter my username and password. Please fix this.

So glitchy - username or password isn't displayed in order to login into app. I've been having to log in in through Google Chrome, such a hassle.

I used to hoot and howl about how great fair winds was. Been a loyal customer for many years. But recently customer service has degraded. I even caught the higher up enforcing unfair practices on rules and regulations regarding disputes with Visa. The reason for this review is that they didn't even bother to respond to me at all, twice. I have a decent amount of money in fair winds. I cannot trust them to protect that money, so I will be closing my account and investing the money elsewhere.
