Very easy to use, especially for a senior citizen like me. I wish all banking apps were this easy to use. Fair winds has been my bank (Credit Union) since I retired and moved to Florida in Dec 2010. I've never ever had any problems in that time. The app is great, and they keep improving it!

Mostly good. I like the goals feature for the savings accounts but the "Create Your Own Goal" option should have a customizable name. Some of my goals aren't listed in the pre-determined options. It would also be nice if it let us have more than one "Create Your Own Goal" item. I have more one than one unique goal to work toward. It would also be nice if the smartwatch app allowed me to set it as a tile face for quicker access. A dark mode on the mobile app would also be nice.

Very efficient and accommodating. So very simple and convenient. I just got off the phone with Miss Taylor from Apopka branch concerning a suspected scam caller, calling from Fair winds asking for my personal info. Before giving the reason for the call and that was a fourth attempt. Miss Taylor was very pleasant, patient and informative. I am very happy with this bank, and it's service and would recommend to those I care. Keep up the great work people.🤜🏽🤛🏽

Login screen is partially cut off at the top. Can't see the username and password box, just the login button. Using a Pixel 6 Pro, (Android Version 16, but this has been happening for a long time).

Fair winds has joined the big banks and charges activity fees on their accounts while paying out next to nothing in savings interest. 30 year customer and I'll be taking my account elsewhere.
