I used the mobile deposit feature to deposit two hard checks from my job. They were charged back and BMO messed up routing numbers. My account was in the negative for weeks because of their mistake and I received threatening phone calls and mail daily. I asked them to put a hold or do something until it was resolved but the mail and calls continued. The call center nor the branch did anything until I provided proof. I had a pending charge for 9 days recently, took 5 calls to fix.

I just want it to work, why am I constantly having to put my password in when I have biometrics on this app continues to be garbage and gets worse every month. On top of that the bank keeps closing branches, so I'm probably better off switching entirely.
