Not user-friendly. Trying to create an expense account and attaching the receipts is a terribly long ordeal. I don't know why my company uses this?

Two-factor authentication code takes 5 - 10 min to arrive using a Gmail account, will lock you out forcing a call to BMO that might be another 20 min ... even after BMO reset I was told I couldn't get back in for 2hr ... I am the Administrator on the account!

What a PITA. The desktop login required a code generated by this app. When I log into this app, it also requests a code generated by this app. Garbage. How the H am I supposed to get anything done.
