Elements has by far been the best credit union experience for me. I feel cared for and prioritized for even the minuscule issues I bring to them. Thank you so, so, so much for being better and treating me well. There are a couple of features I like when banking like early direct deposit which Elements might not have, but I'm willing to ignore that want just because of the service I get here. And there are no ads within the app either.

App is useless. I've linked my bank account several times, and it keeps disappearing. I've never had more trouble with another bank on making a loan payment. You'd think they want your money and make it easy.

Can't reset password? I'm trying to reset my password on my phone and no matter how I access the login (app, Chrome, Brave) I get an error saying I can't reset my password on an "unregister browser" and that I have to call Customer Service. To reset my password? That's beyond ridiculous.

I'm strongly considering changing credit unions, the new update app is terrible, It does not allow you to pay your visa credit card payment from your checking account, Everything posted to your account is extremely slow. I'm trying to give elements an opportunity to make the changes necessary if not, I'm gone.

Since I refinanced this company I can not make payments through the app as other financial companies only accept automatic payments or have an account with them, I put my information from my bank, and it does not give you the option of being able to pay with your own bank account ... they force you to have an account with them or otherwise pay 10 extra dollars each you want to make a payment . In case they charge me high interest and above these thieves try to get more money like birds of prey
