Love my Elements card, this app and account. Have been a long time customer and the only thing that I have against Elements is they REDUCED their interest rate WITHOUT ANY NOTIFICATION. Shady??

This used to work great. But in recent weeks I open the app, and it says "establishing secure connection" and then goes in a loop. No problem connecting to the main app. Too bad, while it work it did okay.

Worst banking app out there. Once installed your account becomes disabled. No one at Elements can troubleshoot the problem. Stay away, far away from this app.

1. Why in the world would you have a whole separate app to lock your card, when it's so much easier to add to the regular bank?! 2. How are you going to say "download this app to control your card," but then give no way to actually use the app to lock your card? 3. God, I can't wait to pay off my credit card, so I can leave elements. This credit union is a joke
