Overall a great trip using AT. Arrived via Te Huia. Got the Southern line into Birthmark then 2 buses to get to my destination north of the city. I did find the app a bit overwhelming with so many options, but was supported by super friendly staff providing me with accurate directions. One comment though, I did get on a wrong bus early in the journey and when I realized that and questioned the driver, he gave me a grumpy response which I didn't appreciate.

Worst app ever. Actually 0 star. Cannot top up hop card, cannot search how to get destinations... I reported the top-up issue in person 5 days ago and the staff was aware of the issue then still this?????? Google map is much more reliable. You cannot search many destinations within Auckland, like North shore to the airport on the app but Google map shows quite a few options, and they are accurate. I am talking about public transport not private vehicles, just in case. You are Useless.

Stressful, long drive, and always have to change buses. It takes me 15 - 20 mins in my car to get to flat bush school Rd in the bus it can take up to 2 hours at 3pm! Majority of the time it takes a hr each way, a change of bus at botany then a 20 min speed walk to the bus stop on geranium drive from 221 flat bush school Road. Some buses go down narrow streets with cars parked either side and NO bus stops, so why does the bus go that way?? The travel time and speed walking time is beyond ridiculous.

Driver does not know my Bus Stop on Coronation Road. Then I can walk the long way along Coronation Road towards the roundabout on the corner 9f Coronation Road and Shirley Road. Maybe put the Bus Stop on Metro Street ?

I should not need to give the app "Always on Location permissions" just to follow my trip on a map while the app is open.
