EDIT: Leaving a poor review did the trick and fixed my issue. Updated review to 4 stars from 2. I'm in Chicago and use the Metra. On one of the lines Metra will not be running at all on July 19th. This "issue" has made the app think ALL of this particular metra line is unavailable since the issue was posted/noticed. I emailed the app devs with no response. Competitor apps don't have this issue.

Very bad. I am outside the app's coverage and the app is totally useless. I am going to bolzano bozen in northern italy, and it can't even show the directions there. Very bad if outside coverage of app.🤢🤢🤮🤮

All the schedules this app gives are wrong. Everytime you count on it you're 10-20 minutes late. You also have to keep asking around to make sure that the routes they give you are actually real or if there's some closure or stoppage delaying you even more. Horrible.

App has become sluggish and unusable. Doesn't show bus times accurately and for months believes a bus stop I use is closed.

Until I'm given the option to choose metric distances in the UK this will stay as a 1-star review. I'm over 50, and was only ever taught metric distances. No concept of yards and miles and no reason why I should.

I've been using this app for years, but it's become extremely unreliable. Every single time I pick a route, and leave plenty of extra time, I risk to be late due to inaccurate information and unforeseen issues with public transport. If the app is not up-to-date with the TFL transport situation, what's the point of using it?
