City mapper was EXTREMELY helpful on my trip to New York City. This made it much easier to get around on the subway, including walking directions to and from the nearest stations, any required train transfers and which buses to take, if necessary. Gave accurate estimates as to when the next train or bus would arrive, too. Love this app!

This app is not easy to follow. It would be great to have the ability to just see the buses and trains you use regularly with their arrival time. This app is not making travel easier for me.

It's often not accurate for a number of bus routes. You think you've planned your journey well, but that's not the case

I got this app specifically because everyone said I could do routes of mixed bus and bike. After hours of googling I have come to the conclusion you have either removed the settings required for this feature to work, or hidden them somewhere in the app. Either way, this app isn't doing what I downloaded it for, and will not get any higher of a rating until this feature is returned, or a satisfying answer as to why is given.
