ATA7ADAK is an online health and fitness training advisory, it was made to help ease the thought of exercising in simplest ways possible, least amount of time required and most effective!

The word ATA7ADAK comes from the Arabic word اتحداك meaning “I challenge you”. ATA7ADAK helps to realise the simplicity of exercising and keeping healthy and fit whether in home, gym and even your workplace in 7 minutes only.

YCC are aiming to share ATA7ADAK values with the nation to help reduce obesity and help spread the awareness of importance of health and fitness in our daily lives.

We provide basic easy to do training schedules with or without any equipment, nutrition plan and weekly follow ups to help you win your own challenge and reach your goal.

ATA7ADAK integrates with Health Connect to provide accurate and personalised fitness insights. The app may access:
Steps (to track daily activity)
Active Calories Burned (to measure workout intensity)
Heart Rate (to monitor exercise performance)
Weight (to track progress over time)
Height (to calculate BMI and improve accuracy)
Sleep Data (to analyse recovery)
This data is used only to display insights within the app and help users track their fitness journey.
