No issues with the app, so far. Provides the same functionality as Web interface plus the convenience of mobile. The few things I'd change is adding explicit logoff/logout button and more explicit separation transactions by the day. But UI/UX is always subjective, I understand.

No difference between website and app, n u have to be a genius to find the logon screen after installing the app

When trying to sign into the app for the first time, I was prompted for my password. As I hadn't been given a password, I selected "Forgot Password" and a message said a password reset had been sent to my email account. No email arrived into my account. Tried multiple times, still no email from Athena. Therefore, cannot use app. A modern bank should offer a desktop interface as well. This has been a frustrating time-consuming experience.
