The home page is now geolocated. • Explore the map to find nearby stops and check real-time waiting times. • Customize the map to easily find points of interest like Parking, ATM Points, and BikeMi stations. • Calculate the best route to reach your destination. • Quickly access your favorite addresses, stops, Bikemi stations, and parking spots. Information, alerts, and news on the home page. • Receive real-time notifications about unexpected line detours. • Get alerts about upcoming scheduled changes. • Discover initiatives and news in a new section on the home page. New mobility info menu. • Here you’ll find all the details for getting around using public transport: routes, lines, stops, changes related to construction work, and other scheduled events. New Services menu. Book Neighborhood Radiobus services. • Schedule an appointment at an ATM Point. • Access useful information about public transport subscriptions, parking payments, parking near subway stations, and access to Area B and Area C. The fact that you have to create an account (not even synced with Google) to pay for a ticket makes it useless

I would give 0 stars if able to, yes I was able to look at routes and times to get an idea of how to get around before I went to Milan, however once I was there I tried to create an account, but I was never able to get past that page following pressing the create account button as it took me nowhere, therefore it was a useless app as unable to buy online.

Mostly useless. I can't even pay. Hard to use and confusional. I'm italian, I'm not talking about language. Subways can be paid by contactless card. A feature I would like to be implemented is to be able to use the registered subscription card and use it from the phone instead of having to pay €25 for the physical one.

When you have a complex itinerary you can't scan the QR code from the map view. So you constantly need to research your plan, find out where to go. Exit, go to the qr code, exit, research again... oops it can't find the tram you are currently on so no way to see where to exit anymore since it tries a different path... frustration guaranteed with this app

Useless when it doesn't load or the QR code doesn't refresh, or you don't have signal. Contactless is much easier and more reliable.
