The home page is now geolocated. • Explore the map to find nearby stops and check real-time waiting times. • Customize the map to easily find points of interest like Parking, ATM Points, and BikeMi stations. • Calculate the best route to reach your destination. • Quickly access your favorite addresses, stops, Bikemi stations, and parking spots. Information, alerts, and news on the home page. • Receive real-time notifications about unexpected line detours. • Get alerts about upcoming scheduled changes. • Discover initiatives and news in a new section on the home page. New mobility info menu. • Here you’ll find all the details for getting around using public transport: routes, lines, stops, changes related to construction work, and other scheduled events. Useless when it doesn't load or the QR code doesn't refresh, or you don't have signal. Contactless is much easier and more reliable.

This app is a flaming wreck. Used it for 4 days in Milan, and it crashed constantly, especially at turnstiles—leaving us stuck like fools while crowds piled up. It’s like they gave a toddler a crayon and told them to code. Unreliable, embarrassing, and rage-inducing. Get a physical ticket unless you enjoy delays, glitches, and public humiliation. Shameful.

The app really sucks when you are out of service. I took the M5 subway and upon exit at the metro station I had no mobile service available. Without service, you will not re-generate a QR code, and you are basically unable to leave the subway. How you can design an app to behave that way if the metro tunnels and stations are not covered either by a Wi-Fi or a mobile service? Shame on your engineers and designers. The app should work even without a connection.

Mostly useless. I can't even pay. Hard to use and confusional. I'm italian, I'm not talking about language. Subways can be paid by contactless card. A feature I would like to be implemented is to be able to use the registered subscription card and use it from the phone instead of having to pay €25 for the physical one.
