I've been with Atom for a couple of years. Easy to register and great savings products backed by the FSCS £120,000 limit. I haven't had to test their customer services, but that's a good thing. Very much recommended.

Can't register, voice recognition keeps telling me I've missed words when I haven't. It must not like my accent. Pity, I was ready to open an ISA but can't get through the initial (excessive) checks.

Disappointed. Currently unable to log in as my phone is operating on android 13 and apparently your recent update is version 16. I have had no notification of this update, and it's catastrophic effect on my ability to access my account with the app. So I now have to get a new phone or get info via a phone call. I am not at all happy

The app is telling me to update to the latest version but when I go to Play store I don't have an option to update it. I've tried uninstalling and downloading again but still can't get in!

Atom started off being good but interest rates have dropped 3 or 4 times in a year, much more competitive rates to be had elsewhere now
