Recent changes: Fingerprint login is finally here! You can enable fingerprint login when you open the updated app for the first time – or set it up later in settings. This update requires users to securely register their device and set a PIN code to enhance security. Extremely frustrating that the app includes pending payments into the total amount available in the big number. No other banking app that I know of shows pending payments in the 'available funds' category. It's caught me out a few times now because I transfer into my spending daily, and it shows I have X amount in the spending account but my card is declining because the balance is actually all just pending payments. Otherwise, a great app and best banking service available. Thanks TSB!

Why don't you have fingerprinted login for your app? It feels so out of date and clunky. Also, why have different logins for your IB and app? Not intuitive and unnecessarily confusing. To be honest, the only reason I haven't moved all my banking to TSB is your app (and IB is average as well). It's 2024, not 2010.

Please bring Dark mode as the app burns my eyes. Also, every other bank has biometrics to be able to log in please add this as every time we have to log in we have to use 4-digit code it's so annoying

Functionality is good but as others have said, the latest appearance update is disappointing. I don't see any new features to the app, was really hoping for fingerprint log in, and I agree that a dark theme option is needed. Was definitely hoping for more features to compete with other bank apps

The app keeps telling me I have the wrong password, yet I can sign into online banking with that password !
