★★★★★ Very easy to use, really love the longer pins that are available, the banks that still use 4, not even 5 like some other banks are way behind the 8-ball. User-friendly and easy to navigate around. Very pleasant just like the staff

★★★★★ The latest version of TSB Mobile Banking is faster and more responsive than the older version. Card support is better now that the Mastercard platform is used. It lacks a dark mode and the ability to easily create term deposits. Still no access to virtual or one-time credit card numbers, wallets or modern innovations offered by some domestic bank competitors.

★★☆☆☆ Functionality is good but as others have said, the latest appearance update is disappointing. I don't see any new features to the app, was really hoping for fingerprint log in, and I agree that a dark theme option is needed. Was definitely hoping for more features to compete with other bank apps

★★☆☆☆ App is clunky and feels outdated, but mostly functional. I just wish it was a nicer experience. Also annoying that it uses a different username and password to internet banking (IB is also outdated and clunky). If it was still 2012, this would be a top tier banking app - but it's 2023, come on TSB.
