The app is pretty basic but at least I'm able to access everything. Only feature I want is to be able to have tap to pay with my phone EDIT: They finally added tap to pay for Google wallet. Now my issues are mostly resolved for this app. Now there are occasionally a few bugs with the app, but it's fine.

The app does now allow for fingerprint login, although it is supposed to be an option. I have to add my phone number every time I log in, which seems to be a glitch. The old app was better.

It's the most confusing app I've ever used. Every 30 days, my password is invalid, and I have to change it. When I deposit a check on the app, it is never approved and always denied. Called the bank, and you have to write a bunch of extra stuff on the check. It SUCKS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! So frustrating

The old system was 100% better. There is no running tally on the new system, the old system showed the debit and the balance. This system shows only the debit. The old system showed transfer right on the front now you have to go on a new page before you can transfer. More steps. This whole system from first go live has been a nightmare. I had to visit the bank before I could even log on.
