Tsb is a joke of an organization. Register didn't work. 30-min phone call resulted in someone providing me with wrong information. Second phone call said they'd need to fill out a form to get it going. Email sent to me 4 days later saying I've successfully requested Internet banking. Directly followed by an email saying I've requested to cancel my internet banking. Phone calls today have resulted in their system disconnecting me 6 times. Doesn't accept the 3-digit code that's printed on my card.

Absolutely useless for paying in checks how am I supposed to get paid!!! Can't read the writing even though it is plain and easy to read!!

Can't make any online payments when it asks you for authorization confirmation won't allow it and when you contact telephone banking they just call you a liar. Been with tsb for 42 years but closing my account down used to be a good bank gone so far downhill it has now gone underground
