Worst banking app, can't open a savings account, customer service on the phone couldn't do it, so he requested a call ftom branch, no one called. Chat not available on weekends! Been waiting on chat for 2 hours now (Monday) still no reply. Worst bank and app I've ever had the misfortune to deal with. TSB seem incapable of the most basic banking, been trying to open these savings account for 2 weeks! Unacceptable.
