When compared to the desktop version, the mobile app has a surprising amount of accessibility. If you want to make an overseas payment/transfer or setup for going overseas, you can do it on the app. If you want to update all of your details, you can do it on the app. If you want to open an account or start a term deposit, you can do it on the app. Wouldn't change a thing about it.

After using transfers ect ya can't go to balance page w/o going back to front screen. I only get one balance made available, not the balance page as infered by the reply I formally received. I want the balance PAGE. I spoke to someone at the branch (Willows) and she emailed someone and I got a phone call giving me the details I said were facts. All good now I understand things better.

Horrible app, even worse if you need to change password. Can't wait to change banks. Can't download transaction history in PDF. Need to go to website and request it sends via email. Really? Why. They love to monitor every single little thing you do while saying its to keep you secured. BS. Also, the PDF they send, cant be downloaded only forwarded in email. Even if you wanted a hard copy. I had to save it to Google Drive, like I wanted it saved in there, to than download.

Where did the widgets go? I would have given 5 stars, but the widgets disappeared. Bring them back. It made it easy to track spending etc. or just have a quick look to see how much was left in your accounts. Bring the widgets back.
