The app works relatively well. There are still frequent lags/stutters that could pass, but can also crash the app. As a user, I would like to see an NFC payment feature within the app. This would reduce the need for users to share their personal data with third parties and additional KYC procedures.

You're supposed to use this to activate your card but when you enter the code from the envelope the app says "Oops something went wrong". I had to pay a €3 fine for not activating my card on time (even though there was no way for me to) and was left unable to use ATMs in the meantime.

Big improvements from the old app. Relatively easy to navigate. The young lady in the Pol ski Prabesh branch was brilliant, she explained everything really clearly & set the app up for me also she put Google wallet on my phone.

The app for me is ok, some errors sometimes but otherwise stable. But it is a downgrade from old app. Especially annoying is that I can't get saved recipients and blanks from internet banking - I have seen other people complaining about this and yet not possible. Another big issue is transfers archive - I can only see transfers made in the app. And in the internet banking I can't see mobile transfers anymore - a really big misfeature.

Give us an option to see the debit cards PIN into the APP. HAVING it on a piece of paper is not SECURITY feature, it is a SECURITY risk. The whole world has the option in the app. If a malicious actor get my phone and get to the point to see my bank details CSV code they can steal my money regardless if they can see the card PIN so that SECURITY MEASURE IS not a security as people are writing down their pins and keeping NOTES in their wallets. It is easy for someone to get to your pin that way.

I am writing to express my concern regarding the activation of the new program. I, a foreign national, received a notification to visit a bank branch for program activation. Upon my visit, the bank representative encountered difficulties in activating the program, despite multiple attempts. I was informed that the program was currently unavailable, which contradicts the prior notification I received regarding its activation and the impending discontinuation of the old program.
Each subscription will automatically renew 3 days before the expiration date for
the same time period. Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time before the renewal.
