Hello Team, I use the Commercial Bank app and would like to suggest a UI update. The current design feels outdated compared to modern banking apps. Please consider a more modern, clean, and user-friendly interface with improved navigation and smoother experience. A refreshed UI would greatly improve usability and customer satisfaction. The UI is a complete trash. Why there is no option to save beneficiaries? I have to manually enter everything for every transaction. Why don't you have an option to pay other bank credit cards? Why do we have to see all device activities to find a payment receipt? Yes your bank and services your services are one of the best, but I have to give you a big L for this banking app. Worst thing is even after hundreds of reviews over the past 4,5 years you still haven't able to fix simple things

Very annoying user login flow even though I reset my password, my credentials such as fingerprint are being wiped from the device, and I have to set then up again in the Manage devices in com bank web

During my India trip, I activated my Commercial Bank account. Money transfers to an Indian account repeatedly failed. Calling them was futile; even after paying Rs. 100 and then Rs. 500, calls either went unanswered or disconnected after brief ads. Sri Lanka branch redirected me to India, but their provided number yielded no solution. My trust in Commercial Bank is completely broken due to their poor service.

I tried customer care call center 10 time no one answer, waste of time, an emergency situation I need to make an online payment I forget my password & I tried to call center anyone answers ! If service providers are not available please reject call don't tell please wait asap our service provider will talk to you ! 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻
