Finally, the bank is now using OTP confirmation for logging into digital banking, and that is really good. But the recent update with browser authorization is not good as it only allows one browser for logins, which is a mistake. It would be better if you allowed a few web browsers for logins and gave us a self-service browser management option through our digital bankings. Otherwise, every time we have to call the bank through the phone lines. Hope you consider this for future updates.

Very inefficient, poorly managed bank, probably Ottawa branch manage doesn't have PC to check email. Trying weeks to open NRFC account, customer suppor emails sending bunch email here and there just for nothing. Ottawa branch also in the thread, they are asking me to visit Ottawa to open account from Abu Dhabi UAE where I'm living now. Bank rep in the UAE thinks I have to take a leave for see him. Ur not digital, a fluping analog, just 1 call sampth bank UAE rep, everything is done. Use Sam path

I tried customer care call center 10 time no one answer, waste of time, an emergency situation I need to make an online payment I forget my password & I tried to call center anyone answers ! Graphene OS. Graphene OS passes the basic integrity level and the miscellaneous checks for licensing, Play Protect, etc. work fine stop banning using a much more secure OS. (I mean most secure Android is in the earth) Apps can use the standard Android hardware attestation API to verify the hardware, OS and app with Graphene OS please make it work on Graphene OS

What's wrong with Sri Lankan mobile banking service? This app does not even allow me to download statements. When sharing account details, it only shares account number. No name, branch etc. I'm logging in to the app and app is sending me push notification that im logged in. why? When transferring, I cannot choose existing accounts. Not it doesn't save automatically. App itself is useful but SLK banking experience is 10 years behind. And please stop with this stupid copy and paste block.
