The application is functioning effectively. To enhance user experience, the integration of virtual card functionality is recommended, including reload capabilities and online payment options. This addition would significantly improve the application's overall utility. Adding on oct 2025. There is an error on the app. After updating my phone to android 16, one ui 8, this app keep not responding and decline the payments to merchant. Faced so many difficulties. Please correct ASAP.

Very disappointing experience. The app is no longer compatible with my device after the latest update, which makes it completely unusable. There was no proper warning or alternative solution provided. A banking app should be accessible to a wider range of users, not just those with the latest phones. Please fix compatibility issues or provide a lite version. Right now, this app is useless for me.

Before the app was working properly on my mobile (Huawei nova 5T)and now asking for updates and when try to update it showing not support to this device and contact with support team. It's even not working in huawei pura 80.
