The BOC Smart Pay app has recently stopped working and keeps showing “Something went wrong” without opening. I have already updated the app, but the issue still persists. This is causing inconvenience and is also affecting my business activities. Please resolve this issue as soon as possible.

This app was smooth and user-friendly until April last year. Now, I can't log in, it asks for OTP but shows "Smart Pay new sign up is currently unavailable due to system maintenance". I've ensured the app is always updated to the latest version, No updates from BOC on the issue. Customer support isn't helping much. Hope they fix this soon.
