This is the worst banking app I have ever used. It takes a very long time to load, only to show an empty account list. The app rarely manages to load my account details properly. I genuinely don't understand how an app with such poor performance is in use. It's a total waste of time; in fact, it would be more convenient to update my physical passbook by visiting the branch.

There's always issues with this app!! Especially the Seychelles one. Last week it was not loading at all, and when it do you don't see the account details. So I uninstalled it thinking it was not working, I tried to re-install the app again, I've been trying for 4 days straight as it doesn't show the Seychelles version no more quite frustrating. There's always something with this app. Useless really!

For the developers of this app, as a pioneering bank in Sri Lanka I think they could add a small feature to send notifications to us when there is a transaction through app than making the customers pay 10 Rs per month per account for SMS alerts which is total exploitation of hard-earned money saved in BOC accounts. I need the developers to have their attention on this matter urgently. Just a notification that a transaction has happened would do to enter pin & log in to check afterward.
