There's always issues with this app!! Especially the Seychelles one. Last week it was not loading at all, and when it do you don't see the account details. So I uninstalled it thinking it was not working, I tried to re-install the app again, I've been trying for 4 days straight as it doesn't show the Seychelles version no more quite frustrating. There's always something with this app. Useless really!

I am from Australia. I tried to install BOC Smart Passbook on my Laptop, but it allows only for my Mobile. But when I tried to register, it rejected my Australian Mobile number and NIC number. The message I get when I tried to register is NIC No/Mobile No, does not match with BOC Records, and to contact the nearest branch. Would this info help you to fix my issue? I'd like to hear soon. Is this software working fine OVERSEAS? Are the customers happy? Can this be installed on Laptop? Two stars!

For the developers of this app, as a pioneering bank in Sri Lanka I think they could add a small feature to send notifications to us when there is a transaction through app than making the customers pay 10 Rs per month per account for SMS alerts which is total exploitation of hard-earned money saved in BOC accounts. I need the developers to have their attention on this matter urgently. Just a notification that a transaction has happened would do to enter pin & log in to check afterward.
