In app, it is showing need to update when I came back play store update during that time it is not showing update of the app and one more thing app is not at all opening

Cumbersome procedure. Why it asks update now frequently. It is ridiculous to uninstall and install every time. Update must be automatic or if we press update now the existing app must update without asking for UNINSTALL

It's very hard to log in to the app in the first place, it's a process like sending sms, redirecting to messages app then again redirecting to the app, entering customer ID, login with OTP, but the problem here is in it's not redirected properly and if we try to go back and open the app it shows again from the beginning (send sms), kindly request app to resolve this issue as soon as possible.
