Firstly, I appreciate this initiative and the continuous efforts to improve the user experience. I would like to suggest an enhancement to the transaction details and payment confirmation screens. Currently, only the beneficiary's name is displayed. It would be highly beneficial to also display the following beneficiary bank details:Receiving bank name, Bank logo/symbol, Last 2–4 digits of the beneficiary account number. Many users have multiple bank accounts linked to the same mobile number.

The old application was stable and reliable, but it has now been replaced by a new one that fails to deliver OTPs even after multiple resend attempts. This feels like a downgrade in both performance and security. After login, we can’t access the account statement—a core banking feature. Instead, unnecessary flashy features were added, while essential functionality from the old app is missing, which has also been completely disabled.
