Very poor service after registration app is not opening. Canara bank should stop this service

This app deserves -5 stars. It is rubbish and completely broken. Every time I try to use it, a critical bug stops me. It keeps telling me to register the mobile number linked to my bank, even though I am already using that exact number! Other times, it demands I finish in 30 seconds. Even after sending the verification SMS, nothing happens—no matter how fast I return to the screen. Fix this stupid app immediately.

The offline OTP registration process does not work. Went up to the last step of sending SMS for validation, but it did not give me the screen to set up the five digit passcode on the Canara offline OTP app. I called the customer service number, and they never heard about the app Canara offline OTP. Wow Canara!
