Very unhelpful customer service. Keep on tell me to try again 90 days later but I was still unable to make any purchase after that period. I have not made any single purchase since my last 1 purchase back in July 2025. Keep on getting the same scripted email replies that does not even answer any of my questions.

Atome will try and charge you late payment fees through fraudulent methods such as deleting your payment method to prevent you from making payment!!! Also don't believe the high rating as they are rewarding users with 5-star reviews
