The app is generally easy to use, easy to navigate and quite intuitive. However, please add an instruction option for driver to press the doorbell. Knocking on the door is usually not as loud as pressing the doorbell.

Poor user experience on vouchers' usage. It's so hard to navigate through 400+ vouchers when you are in a supermarket. You can't sort or search, and the list is random items. Developers try to use this feature on your own to feel the pain yourself

I cannot 'Add Vouchers' from the app for my in store shopping cause one must key in a credit card info as payment method even though payment is in cash which is not right. Considering all the scams and hacking going around, it's the prerogative of consumers not to disclose credit card info unnecessary just in case of hacking etc. Would it be possible to do away the keying in of credit card payment info and leave it to the consumers to decide.

For scan and go, it would be great if the scan button is in the middle instead of on the left side of the screen. I hold the grocery product with my left hand and my phone with my right hand, and my thumb is not able to reach the scan button. This makes the app very unfriendly!

Why do you make it so difficult to use Vouchers? Using the NTUC vouchers at the check-out counter required several steps! As a result, the app hang, and I can't use the vouchers. REALLY YOU CAN MAKE IT MORE FRIENDLY WHEN USING VOUCHERS.
