No option to update RENEWED CHAS Card. CHAS card is unable to link to Fair price App once old CHAS Card expired. It defeats the purpose of encouraging users to use the App with ease (i.e. users will need to show the cashier the Renewed CHAS Card if Renewed CHAS Card is not auto link once renewed). Esp. This Apr & May 2026 CHAS cardholders can enjoy the same discount when purchase online. If the renewed CHAS Card is not link, users don't get to enjoy the same discount for online purchase.

Unable to update my info to reflect my orange chas card thus unable to get the discount. At account its only show my senior discount. There nothing there to click to update my info. Try everything so any helps. Thanks.

I think the UI design for use of vouchers is meant to confuse and deceive the customer. I have tried 3 times to use my voucher in the app on store, and each time because of how confusing the in store kiosk and application of the voucher is with no feedback confirmation in between logged screen and payment I failed to pay using my vouchers. 3 TIMES!!! THE ONLY REASON I AM SHOPPING THERE IS TO USE MY VOUCHER CREDIT! I SPENT MORE THAN 30 DOLLARS OUT OF POCKET AND STILL FAILED TO USE MY NTUC VOUCHER
