Blue CHAS card is no more automatically used, when paying at the counter and also self-service when using Fair price app to pay. Link points also cannot be turned on using the app. Why remove them? Need to look for your staff to manually activate the CHAS Card discount at the self-checkout. Back to the past.

Idiotic app. Checking items in store but why keep trying to go to scan and go? Stupid isn't it? Fairprice very small company? can't even code an app without bugs?

I think the UI design for use of vouchers is meant to confuse and deceive the customer. I have tried 3 times to use my voucher in the app on store, and each time because of how confusing the in store kiosk and application of the voucher is with no feedback confirmation in between logged screen and payment I failed to pay using my vouchers. 3 TIMES!!! THE ONLY REASON I AM SHOPPING THERE IS TO USE MY VOUCHER CREDIT! I SPENT MORE THAN 30 DOLLARS OUT OF POCKET AND STILL FAILED TO USE MY NTUC VOUCHER
