Really impressed with the NTUC Fair Price app and grocery delivery service! The app is easy to use, making it so convenient to browse, order and arrange delivery. My groceries always arrive promptly, neatly packed and in good condition. The delivery service was excellent too, with friendly and courteous staff. Overall, a very convenient and reliable way to do my grocery shopping. 👍🏻😊

Blue CHAS card is no more automatically used, when paying at the counter and also self-service when using Fair price app to pay. Link points also cannot be turned on using the app. Why remove them? Need to look for your staff to manually activate the CHAS Card discount at the self-checkout. Back to the past.

Hi Fair price, did you do recent update with a bug? These few days I would need to log in again and again when I press back the page in the app. When login it wrote "fair price android is requesting access to your link pass account". What is this?? In the past I sign in with sing pass, and it would be good to go. Please fix the issue ASAP! And another issue for grocery in store page, how come Hougang mall finest is empty when I search for items availability???

I think the UI design for use of vouchers is meant to confuse and deceive the customer. I have tried 3 times to use my voucher in the app on store, and each time because of how confusing the in store kiosk and application of the voucher is with no feedback confirmation in between logged screen and payment I failed to pay using my vouchers. 3 TIMES!!! THE ONLY REASON I AM SHOPPING THERE IS TO USE MY VOUCHER CREDIT! I SPENT MORE THAN 30 DOLLARS OUT OF POCKET AND STILL FAILED TO USE MY NTUC VOUCHER
