★★★★★ Very nice, interactive views of a few of the examples in the LAMMPS documentation. It might be nice to add the 3d melt demo but with atom_style hybrid sphere/dipole. Some really fun things happen as the spheres cool and congeal. It would be fun to see that as an interactive view, such as you have here. Perhaps allow user to run different seeds for the thermostating fix?
