Will not work on my phone all of a sudden. Only one at work it's happening to. I have uninstalled and reinstalled numerous times. I am not able to access office. Habe to have someone let me in

Does NOT work well with my Pixel. I usually have to stand at the door I'm trying to open for a minute or 2. I have tried different settings (automatic, tap, scan), and it's all the same. I have to tap 3-5 times on avg, sometimes as much as 8 times just to get the door to open, and it 'loads' in between attempts, meaning I could be standing there quite a while. Also, it's constantly turning my ringer on when I use it (I prefer to keep my phone on vibrate), which is not a huge deal, but annoying.
