This look great app. How do I get mobile credential? Our office gives us card only. Can I buy mobile credential for myself and use the app ?

★★★★★ Mohammad Fathi · Oct 26, 2025

Is this app compatible with smartwatches? Or is there any version of this for smartwatches?

★★★★★ Lucas Yiu Hing · Aug 23, 2025

Quicker than having to use a key to unlock a door or waiting for someone on the other end to unlock it.

★★★★☆ Jac · May 6, 2025

I use this for work on an Android phone. Works well as long as I don't need to change phones. Would be great if there was a galaxy watch version as well.

★★★★☆ Ralph Beard · Mar 26, 2019

Using for residential building. Have noted that some users are getting registration failed messages on iphone if they use the non-standard mail client (e.g. Gmail). Can't send logs either as app defers to iphone mail. This is for automatic and manual registration.

App doesn't work when Bluetooth headphones are connected. When I disconnect headphones to access door, I have to reset phone in order for it to work. On other occasions the app just won't recognize doors and will spend its time searching for a door until the app is forced closed multiple times. I have the Bluetooth settings on the app set to high, yet there are still daily issues.... Have uninstalled and reinstalled app multiple times in the hope that something works. Too unreliable to use...

Very slow to open doors, connection is very bad on pixel 8, no way to move your credential to another phone

★☆☆☆☆ Goitseona Mmope · Dec 15, 2020

Why is it that the new update is forcing Gallagher cloud connect? Fix that problem because when the message pops up I cannot open certain doors because the error message covers those doors. Besides, the Gallagher devices work on NFC/Bluetooth, so why was this update necessary? You all broke a system that works.
