Using for residential building. Have noted that some users are getting registration failed messages on iphone if they use the non-standard mail client (e.g. Gmail). Can't send logs either as app defers to iphone mail. This is for automatic and manual registration.

Why is it that the new update is forcing Gallagher cloud connect? Fix that problem because when the message pops up I cannot open certain doors because the error message covers those doors. Besides, the Gallagher devices work on NFC/Bluetooth, so why was this update necessary? You all broke a system that works.

App doesn't work when Bluetooth headphones are connected. When I disconnect headphones to access door, I have to reset phone in order for it to work. On other occasions the app just won't recognize doors and will spend its time searching for a door until the app is forced closed multiple times. I have the Bluetooth settings on the app set to high, yet there are still daily issues.... Have uninstalled and reinstalled app multiple times in the hope that something works. Too unreliable to use...

Very slow to open doors, connection is very bad on pixel 8, no way to move your credential to another phone
