★★★★★ I like the service that this app provides my own security, safety service...!!!*

★★☆☆☆ Horrible interface. App works when it wants to. Replaying through the app either takes forever or doesn't work. Tried resetting the password. When you do, you have to scan a QR code which is fine. But when it gives you a code to type in, the code doesn't work, most of the time the code would have a SQUARE as part of the code you'll have to type in. ADT as a security system is great, but their cameras are trash.

★★☆☆☆ Awful app! It fails constantly, the playback feature works 1 out of 10 times, trying to rotate any cameras is a joke, ADT upper mgmt couldn't care less about your complaints that this app fails and the system you paid over $1000 doesn't work. I've been using this app for 7 months and had to have the recording device replaced, 3 service calls and now a new camera. This app should work 100% of the time and not make me have to control the system from the TV. Why have an app at all if it never works
