AuBurn Rx is a free application for your smartphone that connects you to your local Auburn Express Pharmacy. Not only will you be able to send refill requests, but you will also be able to access important data about your prescriptions while on the go.
From the app, you will be presented with a variety of valuable tools.
*Login to view and request refills from your prescription history. *Access a pocket profile, which is a summary of your prescription, doctor and allergy history. *Read the drug monograph information about all of the drugs in your prescription history. *View address and phone number for the pharmacy. *Quickly request refills without logging in by typing the Rx numbers or scanning the Rx barcodes. *Receive an immediate response confirming the validity of the prescription number.

It IS compatible with tablets! I installed it on my phone, but it wouldn't install on my tablet... so I copied the apk to my tablet, gee it works! Any who, I like the app mainly because I can order refills, and still have to wait a week without medication while they get around to it, without having to talk to anyone!

*Update: Reinstalled the app today, and it now works perfectly with the new Android software update! * 5 stars before my android update. After my android update I can't use the app now. Please fix it soon, because I LOVE this app and use it quite a bit. 5 stars when its compatible with the new software update!

I love everyone that works at Auburns. Keeps me informed when my Dr changes a script. They double-check all my scripts and when my scripts are ready to be picked up I get a text message and an email notice. And they are great when I need my flu shots. Also, they make recommend vitamins and pro biotic that some of my meds deplete. I can't say enough about Auburns

Auburn bought out the Medicine Shoppe that I have always gone to about two months ago, and I was very happy to see that Auburn has an app... Until I went to use it. My pharmacy location does not come up. That's extremely frustrating. And if it isn't fixed soon, I may go so far as to find a new pharmacy all together. I rely on these apps. And this one is falling way short.

This is easily the worst, most buggy, nonfunctional piece of trash app on my phone. 8 times out of ten when I try to use it I either cannot even get logged in OR I get logged in, and it won't let me finish prescription requests. What is the point of having an app this awful? Its just frustrating for customers and leads to increased workload on pharmacy staff who hsve to take extra time to look up and enter refills on their end.

I'm beyond frustrated with this app. Days on end of trying to log in and refill scripts. As a disabled person on a fixed income living in a small town with no public transportation access to my prescriptions is very important. I'm switching to a mail order as this is beyond infuriating.

It will not even load pharmacies or allow me to complete a profile. Going on a week now since I've been trying. Hopefully, this isn't a precursor of how the pharmacy will be?
