Description
Rx 2 Go is a free application that helps connect you to your hometown independent pharmacy. Use the pharmacy search feature to find a pharmacy near you that participates in the Rx 2 Go online refill system. Once you have found a participating pharmacy, you will be able to submit refill requests directly from your Android Device. Additionally, pharmacies that participate in Rx 2 Go also have an online interface that offers even more features than the app. Refill requests submitted using the Rx 2 Go app or through the pharmacy’s internet refill portal appear directly on your pharmacist’s screen!
*Choose from nearby pharmacies based on location criteria. *Save your favorite independent pharmacy for quick future refill requests. *Submit a refill request using the prescription number and patient last name. *Receive an immediate response confirming the validity of the prescription number.
Completed refill availability varies by pharmacy and must be picked up in store.

This is an Android problem, and this is how I solved it on my Pixel 7 Pro. I originally tried the suggestion of editing the permissions and granting the app all requested permissions. No luck. I then uninstalled the app, reinstalled and granted all permissions. Still no luck. So I finally uninstalled (again), rebooted, reinstalled (again), granted all permissions (again), rebooted (again), set it to NOT remove the permissions if not used for a while, and FINALLY GOT IT WORKING.

So, Android will remove permissions from Apps without telling you. When the camera permission is removed from this app, it won't start. The fix is to go into settings, go to apps, show all apps, scroll down to rx2go, and give it the permissions it wants. You also can turn off the switch where Android will remove permissions. @devs, please reply to negative reviews with this advice. Also, the app shouldn't crash in that circumstance, it should prompt for permissions.

The app sucks, it can't connect to the pharmacy 80-90% of the time and submitting refills is even worse.

I've been using this app for at least 6 years. Never had any problems with it until this year. Now I get a message that it can't connect to the pharmacy. I hope the issues with this app can be fixed. It was a very convenient way to refill prescriptions.

This app is trash. Worked for a short time, and now it won't work at all. Can't find the pharmacy by zip or by GPS just errors out. Can't log in at all it just errors out. I've uninstalled and reinstalled 3 times. Clearly the developers don't care because these complaints are common here but nothing has been done to fix them.
