I love this app! Beautiful and functional. One issue: for some reason the "sleep timer" only goes up to 30 minutes. I tried the "end of chapter" option instead (with a longer chapter), but that just seems to run down the timer and then keep playing anyway. (?) To be honest I got this mostly for the sleep timer (covid insomnia!) so I wish there were a few basic-seeming options. And I realize there are third-party apps to kill the phone's overall volume, but I'm ALSO using white noise to block out street noise all night. Sigh. Anyone who's not super specific / picky in this department will love stories!!!

Overall is a good service with one major drawback - no Android Auto support. Audible can do it, so stories must have it too to compete.

Varied collection and the upload service is amazing! Please give us a dark theme and user defined variable payback speed, as not all narrators speak at the same tone. 1.25 is too fast for certain books, give us the option to choose the speed. Great service overall! Also, let us delete what's in our library. Thanks.

I know I recently paid for two months of credits, but I have no credits in my account, and I'm not a member anymore when I logged on. On top of it, I'm having trouble contacting support to get it fixed and figured out. I'm not sure what to do because this company can be better value than Audible for some good audiobooks. Also, I like all the free classics.

I've been buying audiobooks from stories for many years but suddenly the book purchasing system seems to have stopped working. The bit that lets us buy with credits has simply stopped working, as has the key that lets us buy more credits. Is Stories now no longer available or stopped working. It would be good if you could tell us what's going on, or else it looks like we will all need to go over to buying our audiobooks from Audible in the future. Do I need to cancel my subscription now?

I've been using this app for years and suddenly the book selection vanished. I've reached out to customer service and tried to find any explanation for what happened and there's nothing. Meanwhile, they're still charging me when they only have about 20 books to choose from and half aren't even in English.
