I bought a 28-day nervous system reset, inspired to recalibrate and regulate my body, after seeing an ad on my social media. First time I've been duped by AI. There's definitely a 28-day program, and the exercises are valid, but the videos are all AI produced and don't have a realistic rhythm for an actual human. It was only $20, so I'll tick this off as a worthwhile lesson in checking the source & doing the research before buying. This is the world we live in now 😅

The first week was good it had an AI human looking figure doing the exercises. Then the next two weeks have been this really animated so figure that doesn't look realistic, and it is only like 3 minutes vs the first week which was like at least 7 minutes. The first week I was noticing a difference and then when the AI no longer looked realistic and the clips got super short with just breathing it got lame real fast. I am glad I only paid 4 weeks vs a month.

Extremely buggy While the app reports to have all of this usability and functionality, it does not. I spent 4 days emailing back n forth to get access to labs that I paid for. I had to reset the app in order to get the expensive labs. Upon doing so lost all progress on daily exercises. The printouts for everyday's activities, don't actually load as printable items on a phone. So I can't print items. Exercises are AI generated which is disappointing for the price point charged.

I missed the first days since the videos weren't showing up, no refund or days added even though requested. Disappointed that we are expected to have a bed, a long bench, a pillow seat as well as exercise tools without being told. Overall not terrible exercises but the app is poorly programmed. No descriptions of what to do, no modifications for beginners and nothing useful is described as you exercise. No movements are described even, so you have to be able to see your screen at all times.
