App works but could be better layout and user interface. Look of the app is 90 old school. But works I am able to repot what I need to repot just hard to figure out what category to repot to

Totally useless They just close the ticket as resolved. My kid's arm is broke now as a direct result from 6 years of complaints about a messed up sidewalk. Someone in my neighborhood has the Zika virus because of standing water thanks guys.

So, when I call APD to report an incident, and they tell me to call 311, I
use the app and get told to call 311. What is the point again? See
something report it... unless of course we don't want to get off our
backside... just pass the buck...

They keep making it worse. At this time it says that any location in Austin (including the state Capitol) is "out of service area" so you can't make any requests. Our tax dollars at work.

Just call If you pick the wrong category, they just ignore the request. And not every category is available for selection...so you are doomed for failure from the get go.

Tried sending new request received message saying "Reporter not registered" went to Reporter filled out the fields clicked on save and received the message "Updating reporter...unauthorized". So if you are allowed to submit anonymously, why are you required to fill out Reporter?
