Not sure about all the terrible reviews. Seems to work well for me after multiple uses and makes parking in Austin pretty quick.

I've had a really good experience with this app. You do need to find the closest parking area number sign, but this is not hard at all. Also, a $10 minimum to load account is true but not that serious. "Problems" with this app are way exaggerated

Attempt to use Google Pay results in "unexpected error", as does Austin wallet. Credit card is "not accepted at this location." Typical City of Austin effort at technology. Useless!!!

The bad rating is because you have to set up a wallet in the app with a $10 minimum instead of just a using Google Wallet or GPAY. The parking charge was $7 but the minimum the app would accept was $10.

Just getting a country's failed to load. So as a non us phone number I am risking getting a parking ticket there's no other way to pay!
