Normally a good app with a great bank. Today app changed and biometrics abandoned ship. Had to ring up to reset as I forgot my passcode. Told nothing changed from their end which I have no problem believing the rep. Did latest android update after this with no change. Into app store where AMB showing update available. Update installed, no change. Restart, no change. Uninstall, reinstall has solved it so far. Disappointing but hopefully no more issues.

The app UI is clean and easy to navigate, which has all the features ppl use like Bpay, PayID, card settings, and the ability to add cards to your preferred wallet. Easy to transfer money between accounts. I hope the contactless card function at ATM will be implemented. Especially since I carry phone rather than physical card. I been with AMB since 2015 best decision I made staff are always helpful & great savings product has helped me heaps

This app is garbage, seriously. Been with you (Select) since I was 18 now I am 46,fix this rubbish or I'll be forced to move on. I get caught out all the time trying to access my account.

App has been down now for a week. There's no notice of technical issues etc. emailed or posted on app or announced on telephone banking just one notice on the website, and I couldn't even access my account via online banking. Had to dial in and do telephone banking. Tried uninstalling app then reinstalling, same issues. Not good.

0 stars should be an option. Had to sign in AGAIN because apparently my phone was 'deregistered' by the app. Thanks, AMB, for informing me why I need to keep doing this - the better option for your customers would be to fix your horrendous app, so it doesn't happen in the first place. Never, ever had issues with SCU app.

I have been with the Australian Mutual Bank for long time, and till now when I using the mobile to transfer money or buy things from shops they never notify you for the transaction that is happening. It is s very sad 😔. For me, it's very important to be notified about the transaction instead logging to the account to check.
