Sometimes it has problems scanning the ID, the app itself is great and user-friendly, easy to follow design and clear instructions on what to do. When scanning works everything else goes smoothly.

I went back to Bürgeramt to get my 6 digit pin activated. This only took about 5 - 10 minutes. I supplied the correct pin on the app, and it works perfectly. I could access my data with no problem.

This app is one of the most frustrating app soever, very difficult to reach the ID Card. You try all you could. The next thing it will block your card. And also refused to unblock it.I hate it so much.

Does not work with eID of other countries. For example, didn't work with the Italian eiD. Avoid.

The worst app I ever used. It never worked properly, always locked the access and what is most important, it is impossible at all to request a new pin. AT ALL the developers of this app should be fired and never ever get back into IT service. ... answer to stupid developers' feedback As I already wrote: it is completely impossible to get a new pin or PUK after the app suddenly stops working. That is the basic function which is not implemented at all. You don't even bother to read the review!
