When you contact them they respond to you in a timely manner almost immediately sometimes. all the tunes that they give you are very clean and trustworthy tunes, you don't have to worry about them damaging your vehicle. The only complaint that I have is that they don't give enough detail for each tune file as far as what the tune consists of.

Been waiting 3 months for them to fix software to tune my TCM on 2019 GMC Duramax

I've had this tuner for two years, and it is basically a basic bare bone app and device. ❌ Cant have 5 different tunes with soft ❌ Loses connection via Wi-Fi ❌ No Bluetooth option ❌ No switching tune level with cruise ❌ No def gauge as tune lvl indicator ❌ Doesn't remember what tune you installed last❌The obd cable could be longer and better quality and probably more I'm not thinking of right now, I will update if I think of more don't and won't. If your looking for a basic tuner this is for you.
